KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain feedstock and cost models for all raw materials and indirect materials Build comprehensive market and business intelligence, monitor market and industry developments Perform competitive analyses Track price development, provide risk assessment and derive options for volatility management / mitigation actions Derive conclusions and actions from analyses and act as challenger during category strategy development and tactical purchasing decisions Develops, executes and analyses feedstock and market trend monitoring tools Provide market / trend reports to be shared with the organization Ensure maintenance and governance of all pertinent purchasing information within ERP system (pricing, incoterms, MOQs etc) Assist and initiate the development of cost models to support total cost of ownership savings (BYTE) initiatives Facilitate the management of the entire Procure-to-Pay process; critical step being the 3-way match process Developing and maintaining purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as production, logistics, quality assurance and procurement specialists to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and ensuring that all the documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management KEY REQUIREMENTS Required:
Excellent analytical, business process analysis and problem solving capabilities Experienced in industry know how, understanding of market dynamics and trends Strong communication and project management skills Talent for building cross-functional relationships and developing cross-functional understanding Effective time management and organizational skills Experience in multiple business sectors/spend categories High motivation and results-oriented work ethic Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or purchasing in a manufacturing set up Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP/ Oracle/ MS Dynamics 365/ Others Preferred:
Background in chemical industry and the respective industry standard.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
