The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with users to resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of the collaboration systems.
Systems Analysts support and may lead projects related to system changes, document business requirements, configure the system, test, and communicate with impacted users via trainings or other communications.

The Role:
Manage and maintain the organization's collaboration and document sharing systems Monitor system performance and take corrective action as needed Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to users Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the collaboration systems Train users on the use of the collaboration systems Develop and maintain documentation related to the collaboration systems Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2
years of experience in Information Technology
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
