is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work at one of our large apartment communities in Des Moines, IA.
We are in need of an energetic and experienced maintenance technician that will be responsible for all general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and minor painting.
Our maintenance technicians will turn vacant apartments into rent ready apartments, daily grounds clean up, work orders, pool maintenance and snow shoveling.
Valid driver's license required.
A minimum of 2 years experience is preferred, but not required.
This is a high paced work environment, you will not get bored! This position is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with rotating on-call duties evenings and weekends.
