Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you enjoy maintaining building, grounds and equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? NFM's Building Maintenance Technician II is the position for you.

Job Duties:
A Day in the Life Replace:
Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit Preform:
Lawn care - mowing, trimming, edging, racking - landscaping, snow removal, ice treatment Be Precise:
Painting, patching, and caulking building structures, room and equipment Collaborate:
Effectively complete work orders and enter in job notes Support:
Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love--because that's what we love.
Qualifications:
Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience Technical or trade school classes in related field Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
