Operations Manager(Life Insurance and Claims)
Basic o Bachelor's degree o At least 5 years of Annuity and Life Insurance experience.
o Previous Leadership experience leading day to day operations with multiple direct reports o Ability to work with other Leaders to drive overall performance results o Develop and lead operations teams in a fast passed environment o Create a culture of accountability towards positive business and customer experience outcomes.
o Excellent organizational and follow through skills o Track and manage SLA adherence o Own relationship with the client for all operations including but not limited to Post Issue Operations and Claims.
Preferred o At least 2 years of experience in BPO Leadership managing associates in multiple locations o Excellent oral and written skills communication skills including the ability to write and document standard operating proceduresJob Type:
