Summary:
The Technology Delivery Lead II will be responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of technology solutions.
This position will assist the IT Service Delivery Manager with audit and other areas requiring oversight of required documentation gathering.
This position will develop roadmaps and serve as the liaison to ensure effective stakeholder communication across internal and external teams and vendors related to audits, projects, enhancements, and production support.
The position will also coach junior Technology Delivery Leads and Application Support Analysts on Agile principles and values.
Primary Functions and/or
Responsibilities:
Collaborates effectively with the IT Service Delivery Manager, IT Audit and Compliance Supervisor, and internal and external audit teams in assessing and offering solutions and processes related to the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, risk management, compliance, and governance as it pertains to the SDLC processes.
Coordinates Audit activities to ensure identified risks are properly addressed.
Actively researches regulatory and industry SDLC security best practices.
Documents thoroughly all processes, identified risks, measures to address risks, remediation of risks along with capturing screenshots or other proof of resolution.
Presents findings to management and others involved in Audit findings.
Leads multiple technology projects simultaneously while championing value delivery by coaching teams and stakeholders to adopt an Agile MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset.
Translates business requirements into technical requirements by creating work items including but not limited to Epics, Features and User Stories utilizing Agile best practices.
Develops a deep understanding of the products the team is developing and facilitates the Agile product development process through iterative planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, daily stand ups, and retrospective meetings using TFS and Azure DevOps.
Tests and maintains applications and data.
Participates in quality assurance activities related to creating test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Ensures releases are planned in accordance with the Production Release Checklist items noted in the SDLC.
Takes ownership of production issues and drive solutions.
Assists the Application Support Analysts as needed.
Provides project and audit visibility and transparency through clear communication within the team, to other teams, and with the IT Service Delivery Manager.
Assists product owners and user groups with creating and delivering training.
Collaborates with Enterprise Project Management Office as needed.
Works closely with internal and external teams to organize, schedule, and resolve work dependencies and impediments in large cross-team projects.
Creates and maintains system documentation for technology applications and services.
Assists developers with creating release plans and executing the release management process for app delivery.
Co ches junior Technology Delivery Leads and Application Support Analysts on Agile principles and values.
Performs other duties as assigned Education and/or
Experience:
Technology Delivery Lead II - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related experience required- Minimum of four to six years in either one or a combination of the following roles - Agile Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Delivery Lead or Product Owner Capacity.
This experience will be referred to as Proficient in the experiences noted below- Demonstrated Proficient experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean required- Demonstrated Proficient experience with creating manual test plans, scenarios, test cases, and Gherkin required.
Proficient understanding of TDD vs.
BDD and automation workflows preferred- Demonstrated Proficient experience with most/all major enterprise solutions such as TFS, Azure DevOps, CRM, SharePoint,.
Net, SSIS, BI, SQL, ETL, etc.
