Hi, My name is Vanity Hines and I am the owner of Mrs.
V's Travel Adventures.
Mrs.
V's Travel Adventures is seeking Independent Travel Agents.
We are a full- service travel agency.
We assist our clients with accommodations, airfare, destination preference, transportation services, customer service,theme park tickets, attraction tickets, and whatever else they may need to book the best vacations of their life.
We are there every step of the way to make sure they have the best acation possible.
As a Travel Agent, you will book all the requested items, find the best price for the items requested, make sure it is agreed upon by the client, submit payments, and make sure every step of their vacation is to their satisfaction.
We pride ourselves in providing top of the line customer service so they will keep coming back to us for their future adventures.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Providing the best prices Getting and maintaining required documentation Collecting traveler information Following the security protocols for travels information Process deposits and payments Ensuring Credit card authorization form and Copy of driver's license prior to releasing travel documentation Verifying all information (names, addresses, spelling) Keeping updated client information Must be 18+ Must be a United States Citizen Must have a smartphone or laptop with reliable Wi-Fi or internet access Must be able to work with little supervision Must be self motivated Must have good communication and written skills Must have a positive attitude Travel experience( not required but a plus) Must stay up to date on travel guidelines and restrictions Benefits Third-party Health Insurance Flexibility Travel Discounts Travel Credentials E&O insuranceSchedule meeting:
