This is a home-based position and we will provide your office equipment and IT support, and offer you training and support from our home office.
All of your business expenses will be covered.

Safety Management Services Company (SMSC), a subsidiary of Cottingham & Butler, is currently seeking a bright and highly motivated individual to join our team of transportation safety consultants.
Areas of focus and projects may include:
We are searching for a candidate with a strong background in FMCSA compliance; Data Q's; Crash Prevention Determination Program (CPDP); federal safety rating upgrade experience and implementing/managing crash prevention technologies and event recorders.
Other projects may include:
Transportation safety assessments, risk improvement process loss evaluations for motor vehicle crashes and work-related injuries, mock FMCSA compliance investigations, planning and presenting at risk control workshops/safety seminars, writing technical reports, developing safety service plans, developing and conducting transportation safety webinars, developing and conducting training programs for professional drivers and operations' staff, and staying abreast of current events within the transportation safety realm.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with safety knowledge and experience within the transportation industry.
Familiarity with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and a minimum of three years of transportation safety experience (motor carrier and/or loss control) is preferred.
A North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) Certified Director of Safety (CDS) or Certified Safety Supervisor (CSS) certification or working towards is preferred, but not mandatory.
Travel is required and typically consists of 2-3 overnights per week.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
