Our CompanyHospice of the MidwestOverviewUnder the general administrative direction of the Director of Business Development, the Community Liaison will market hospice and or home health services to industry professionals, the community, and individuals and or families in a manner the demonstrates and reflects the quality of the Company.
Responsibilities Builds and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including hospitals, physician and surgeon practices, nursing homes, hospital case managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and other appropriate referral sources Establishes and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements Understands the benefits of home care to both professional referral sources and consumers Educates the community about home care services and Abode Home Health Interacts daily with professionals in the health care industry which include, Physicians, Discharge planners, Medical Social Workers, Case Managers, and Skilled nurses Conducts outside sales calls to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory.
Promotes Abode Home Health's programs and services to medical professional and civic and community related organizations Attends trade shows and vendor fairs to generate business and establish professional relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or other related discipline preferred Current and valid state driver's license Proof of auto insurance About our Line of BusinessAt Hospice of the Midwest, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible:
