QEA Test Program Manager - Manufacturing
DescriptionCognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Test Program Manager - Manufacturing who will be responsible for defining testing strategies, working with project managers/service delivery managers to prioritize demand, project estimation, managing resources and providing the required governance and reporting.

KEY
Responsibilities:
oResponsible for the overall delivery of QA activities, which includes defining testing strategies, working with project managers/service delivery managers to prioritize demand, project estimation, managing resources and providing the required governance and reporting oTest status of individual current /future projects gathering metrics and governance data's from individual project team manage centralized metrics and governance dash boards oInfluence the best practises implementation and call out any proactive RISK with mitigation to seamline over all test governance across the existing TCOE.
oDevelop functional and automation testing strategies for programs, projects & enhancements oSupport & manage the testing governance process oTrack the progress of engagement as per the commitments and provide accurate and timely reporting to the leadership and business teams oIdentify, manage and mitigate project issues and risks oCollaborate with teams and bringing the best practice in to an organization to drive improvements oIdentify and access market and customer opportunities, managing relationships, building consensus among stakeholders to implement effective solutions that improve business performance
Qualifications:
o14
years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Clients oSolid test program management skills/stakeholder management /strong interpersonal skills /tactical and critical thinking /task oriented /flexible and manage customer /other vendor teams must have exposure to all type of testing in a high complex test environment.
oLarge program management expertise and experience leading multi-year programs, multi-vendor teams oVast experience in driving digital transformation in QA and ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery oExperience working in a client-facing role and on multiple projects concurrently and working in offshore based delivery model oExperience creating program level strategies for multi-year, complex modernization initiatives oConsulting expertise, experience handling multiple stakeholders in executive leadership teams at levels of VPs and above Preferred Skills/Qualification:
