Additional Information About the RoleThe Foundation Grants Management Office (GMO), a centralized BJC Shared Services Finance Department, provides system-wide institutional oversight for the management of BJC HealthCare's grant program.
Acting as BJC's Institutional Grant Official, the GMO authorizes and oversees the administration, financial, and compliance of all grants, contracts, and other sponsored projects from federal, state, and local government agencies, private industry, and non-profit funding agencies.
This position can work remotely, but must be in the local St.
Louis region.

Preferred QualificationsRole PurposeManages finance related activities including budgeting, financial planning and analysis and forecasting operations.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Oversees the completion and review of various financial models, proformas, and ad-hoc projects and analyses.
Oversees the completion and review of capital and operating budgets, as assigned.
Collaborates with shared services to ensure financial statements and operating metrics are accurate, as assigned.
May manage individual(s) including but not limited to:
hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans to ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet and, or, support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
