You will be responsible for fielding supply requests from our business customers--compensation up to $21/hour.
What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative:
Review and place customer supply orders.
Analyze orders to determine supply needs.
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding policies.
Perform account reviews to determine recommended supply allocations.
Additional supporting projects to support daily automated shipping programs.
What We're Looking For in a Customer Service Representative:
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
Ability to think on feet when dealing with customers.
Extensive software skills required, including Microsoft Office.
