Safety Advisor
Qualifications:
5
years of safety experience- Implementing trainings, running safety initiatives with teams.
Experience in Data Center environment.
Certifications in OSHA, or CSP, or ASP, or CHST.
Good to haves:
Strong internal communication skills (Experience guiding and not directing)Proactive communicationGood culture fit with team- both general contractor and owner reps.
Day-to-day:
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Safety Advisor for a Fortune 500 client of ours in Des Moines, Iowa.
This resource will also potentially be needed periodically to respond to a site to intervene when there is an increase in safety incidents.
Currently the Safety Advisors respond to the site to perform a deep dive and help facilitate an improvement strategy.
This team is also in the process of EHS program development.
The EHS Advisors on the individual sites will play a role in the development of baseline regulatory procedures.
This person may be utilized to support the coordination and implementation of these SMPs and / or to support other high level programmatic procedures and policies.
