Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Vice President of Member Services in Des Moines, IA.
The Vice President of Member Services will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategies that provide high-quality services to our member-owners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our retail branch operations team.
Other responsibilities include managing and analyzing data, creating and implementing policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a credit union or banking environment 5 years of management or leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams to meet goals and objectives Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of credit union operations, including member services, lending, compliance, and marketing Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to make effective business decisions, and in developing and implementing policies and procedures Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders Job Type:
