The ideal candidate will have a Human Resources degree and proven success with employee hiring/recruitment, payroll and benefits management.
Duties include:
Recruitment of employees to maintain proper staffing levels in all departments Developing and conducting the general orientation program Completion of payroll Management of employee benefits Submission of payroll-based journal reporting data to third party vendor Oversight of employee yearly training and records retention Responsible for compliance with employee personnel records Assistance with employee retention through problem resolution with team members and employee recognition efforts This position reports to the Executive Director.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
