We are looking for an experienced warehouse assistant to join our team.
The warehouse assistant would assist in directing warehousing activities for our organization.
Duties would include:
Project management, receiving and shipping orders and reconciling all paperwork.
This position would oversee and check in all household good shipments.
Confers with Warehouse Supervisor in establishing procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
The position would assist in overseeing and is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments flowing through the warehouse.
Prepare work orders for repairs for requisitions for replacement of equipment, direct salvage of damaged or used material and inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
You must be willing to learn and be proficient with electronic household goods inventory.
High school diploma is required.
Must have knowledge of computers and computer software.
3
years warehouse experience is preferred.
CDL license is a plus, but not required.
