As an inspector, you will perform the job as a 1099 contractor.
We have the systems in place for you to operate under our branded name, Forever Home Inspection Iowa.
We compensate very well, higher than the average competitor in our market.
Our leadership team is excellent and we take great care of our people! No previous experience is necessary to become a certified inspector.
We've developed a step-by-step guide for you to learn everything about becoming a highly-qualified, top-notch professional inspector.

-Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all parties involved.
-Promptly and appropriately responds to complaints and/or issues.
-Writes coherently and correctly with basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
--Displays initiative in performing job functions.
-Commits to company values and codes of conduct.
This individual must have the following competencies:
Self-motivated, time management, communication proficiency (both written and verbal), organizational skills, personable, and reliable.

The contractor frequently is required to talk and hear; stand and sit for long periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, crawl, and bend.
