Summary:
Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports managers and sales team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answers and directs phone calls Organizes, schedules and takes notes during appointments and meetings Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Processes customers payments Maintains CRM by ensuring customer information is entered in a timely manner as well as updated when needed Monitors CRM activities through reports and provides information to Sales Managers Coordinates Projects, meetings, and correspondence between departments Sends out credit applications as needed and updates sales tax exempt information Sends customer invoices and credit memos as needed Assists other sales admins as needed Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office including (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Business Central), etc.
) Other skills required:
Excellent communication, Organization, and detail oriented.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
