We are looking for full and part time servers to join our energetic team for our reopening in March.
We are seeking hard working, reliable, and friendly individuals who can work in a fast-paced job to create a memorable and positive experience for our guests.
Patience, a customer-oriented mindset, and excellent people skills are a necessity.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends and take shifts on our outdoor patio.
Servers make $4.
25 an hour.
On average, including tips, servers make about $23-$30 per hour.
Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff, management and other service staff Must work quickly and accurately, while still maintaining attention to detail Desire to go the extra mile to ensure a great guest experience Must be able to work well in a team setting Engage with guests to help them make food and beverage choices Answer questions or make recommendations Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor shifts, as we do have a large patio Help us build a fun and engaging restaurant environment Other duties as assigned Next Steps:
Rita's Cantina will be hosting open interviews on Wednesday, March 6 from 10 am - 12 pm and Friday, March 8 from 2 - 4 pm.
Open interviews will be held onsite at Rita's Cantina (401 SE 5th Street, Des Moines, IA 50309).
Other interview times can also be scheduled.
Training will start mid-March, and Rita's Cantina will open for the season on April 1.
