Systems Control
Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will manage a diverse group of internal and external customers, providing extraordinary customer service by providing frequent, specific updates regarding current projects.
You will ultimately be accountable for assigned projects from concept to completion; effectively managing project schedules and margins.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Minimum of seven years of proven project management experience with Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field, or ten years of proven project management experience with Associate Degree in Engineering related field Understanding of the theories and fundamentals of electrical circuits and related componentsExperience reading schematics and wiring diagrams QUALIFICATIONS Advanced working knowledge of MS Office SuiteStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
Technical ability to interpret customer specifications and provide a design which meets all requirements, especially quality and scheduleResponsible for ensuring a quality drawing package is released to manufacturingReview BOM's, maintain schedules, and review QC forms Facilitate and lead detailed project meetings and internal discussionsRecognize a need for and champion areas for product and process improvementsEffectively problem solve project issues, make sound decisions, and provide timely customer solutions Responsible for managing larger volumes of standard projects or a variety of complex, non-standard projectsAssist as appropriate in the development of project estimates and ensures the implementation of strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectationsMentor others in project management processes, tools, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project completion Work safely in and around energized electrical enclosuresCustomer visits (travel approximately 10% of the time) About the Company:
