The Benefits Partner - Employee Health will support medical, dental, life, std/ltd, etc.
, employee annual enrollment process and vendor renewals, communications/materials and guides, benefits billing, self-insured tracking, and consult with employees on help tickets and questions.

It's an exciting and pivotal point in both legacy companies' journeys! Day in the Life:
Support administration for all employee health benefit plans.
Process enrollments, changes and terminations for benefit programs using electronic systems and manual processes.
Perform biweekly data audits to ensure accurate data is collected for the self-administered billing process and to ensure processing including benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Assists the Manager, Employee Health Benefits and others on the Annual Benefit Renewal and Enrollment process in relation to health benefits.
May created education or communications materials and present to small groups on annual open enrollment and new hire information.
Produce benefits reports for management on a regular basis, utilizing Excel, Word and other tools.
Assist employees with help ticket and a wide variety of escalated benefits inquiries; Consults with internal and external parties as necessary to devise a solution to resolve the issues.
Support benefit compliance items including 5500 reporting, plan document administration and other ACA related regulations.
Support annual renewal processes and partnerships with vendors and broker.
Assist with implementation of various employee benefit and wellness events Perform other duties as assigned.
Collects and analyzes market benchmark data for company benefits and conducting cost tracking, analysis and forecasting for all benefit plans.
Assists with devising recommendations for new and/or changed benefits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 3 years experience in Benefits or 5
years HR experience or combination of both.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Workday experience preferred.

In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$60,400.
00 - $75,500.
00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
