The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sales performance in a fast-growing consumer-facing industry. You must be a leader, facilitator and coach capable of developing high performing team members that will meet or exceed company sales and quality objectives on a consistent basis. Your experience must include establishing and driving sales and service excellence with demonstrated time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You must be able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Prior accomplishments must include identifying and developing process improvement and/or operational enhancements. A proven ability to think strategically and tactically while leading a sales team to deliver results is a must. You will be expected to:- Lead, develop and coach inside sales team to deliver sales results on a consistent basis, which means you must. - Track individual and team performance - Actively monitoring behaviors and coach for excellence - Develop standards against which teams and individuals will be measured - Develop and manage sales goals and other KPIs. - Create brand-specific initiatives and content to grow the business. - Create a culture of excellence that is consistent with the mission and values. - Instill a customer-focus in all sales team members defining and ensuring understanding. - Proactively manage an aggressive growth strategy to meet overall corporate goals. - Collaborate with other areas of the business, including Customer Service, Marketing, Compliance and Quality Assurance to ensure product and process improvements are implemented with a positive impact on sales growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Technology: Proven experience in leveraging multi-channel (phone, email, chat, dialer) contact center technologies to drive sales operations and results. - Motivation: Proven experience in building and developing a team of inside sales professionals, including the development of incentive plans to drive performance - Technical Skills: Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook and CRM systems. - Communication: Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees, including C-Level management. - Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while also overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Sales team.
