Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Technology: Proven experience in leveraging multi-channel (phone, email, chat, dialer) contact center technologies to drive sales operations and results. - Motivation: Proven experience in building and developing a team of inside sales professionals, including the development of incentive plans to drive performance - Technical Skills: Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook and CRM systems. - Communication: Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees, including C-Level management. - Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while also overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Sales team.
