Requirements:
Agile project experience
SDLC/Waterfall project experience
Undergraduate studies in
computer
science management information systems, business administration, Usability and Design/Human Factors, insurance or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an IT business, systems, solutions, or requirements analyst
JAD session facilitation
Building and elaborating on Use Cases and User Stories
Experience building story boards
Building, documenting, communicating, and using As-Is and To-Be process flows
Gap analysis, including current and future state analysis
MS Project
Visio
Clarity (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven history of over-communicating and offering constructive suggestions.
Outstanding, positive, engaging, and enthusiastic interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Rational Requisite Pro (desired)
Property and Casualty Insurance (desired)
Team Leadership (desired)
ESDm experience (desired)
Experience working on full lifecycle new development projects (products that are being developed from scratch) to demonstrate an understanding of business and technical needs, roles, and the SDLC process.

Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst translates business and system needs into solution requirements for designers, developers and testers to consume and uses requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques for the purpose. Business Systems Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. They are also involved in all types of solution approaches (custom development, package implementation etc.) and solution domains (business applications, data warehouses, web services, infrastructure etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
