Summary:
- Provide the full range of HR Generalist/Business Partner support to 700 employees in multiple facilities located throughout the central US
- Develop and implement a variety of HR policies and programs to improve the business unit's operating performance
- Travel up to 40% within the region
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience
- 3 years of strong union experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Extensive experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent business as well as analytical focus/mindset
- Very strong problem solving skills
- A true business thought leader
- Bachelor's degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
