What we need from you:
Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent plus 2
years work related experience.
-Education and/or experience in emergency communications field a plus.
-Excellent customer service as well as verbal and written communication skills required.
-Must have good planning/organizational and time
management
skills.
-Knowledge of or ability to attain knowledge of various emergency and security related equipment/systems required.
-Must have the ability to prioritize efficiently with little supervision, think and act quickly and calmly in emergency situations and exercise good judgment.
-Must be able to be certified in CPR, AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) and basic first aid and complete the basic command center officer in-house training program within the first 6 months in the position.
-Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy while being detail oriented.
-Ability to see color spectrum and sit for long periods of time required.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
Background Check Requirements:Employment at Principal is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Work Hours:The shifts for this position will alternate between 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. including some weekends and holidays. (These shifts are eligible for shift differential pay.)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
