Alexander Open Systems, the leading consultative technology partner in the Midwesthas an immediate opening for an experienced Account Manager in IT Sales, in the greater Des Moines area . The proven candidate will be a strong, energetic, self-starting individual with excellent interpersonal skills and vendor equipment and service sales expertise. This position is responsible for selling all AOS supported solutions to our , SMB(Small to Medium), Commercial andSLED(Government,Education and Healthcare) accounts.
The solutions include: Networking, Data Center, Security, Unified Communications, Wireless, Physical Security, Managed Services and Virtualization from our strategic vendors that include: Cisco, EMC, VMware, Microsoft, and HP. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales. Previous sales experience within the Government,Education and Healthcare space is a definite plus. A competitive salary with commission/bonus' as well as a full benefits package will be included in the offer.
Experience of at least 5+ years in technology sales is required. Only individuals that meet these requirements and qualifications will be considered qualified for this position and considered a candidate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
