Responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and annual accounting and reporting of Invested Assets. Develop and create detailed accounting work papers and reconciliations of partnership assets. Administer Partnerships on the PAM for Securities System. Reconcile 10-Q and 10-K disclosures for Invested assets to Balance Sheet and underlying PAM for Securities reports. Month end close of purchase of sales; reconciliations etc. Proficiency with PAM software, MS Excel (Advanced), MS ACCESS preferred. Ability to learn and utilize Freedom General Ledger system and Ad-Hoc tools. CPA preferred but not required, PAM Software strongly preferred, Investment Accounting experience and desire to work in a family feel organization.
