We currently have a new need for a Sous Chef in the Des Moines area. This person should have an abundance of energy and be able to tackle challenges head-on.
REQUIREMENTS
3
years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Sous Chef experience
High volume background; must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
