Market Strategy Director (16451)
The Market Strategy Director is a newly created role with a well known financial services company headquartered in Des Moines. The organization is a market leader with a 60 person marketing team. This position reports directly to Vice President of Marketing.
We are looking for candidates with Director or VP level experience leading other managers and team leaders across multiple functional marketing departments. Proven experience developing strategic long-term marketing plans and programs is required.
Specific experience should include leadership over:
Annual planning and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives
Collaboration with operational leadership
Loyalty measurement & voice of the customer programs
Work flow analysis and lean organizational development
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year. Relocation assistance is possible.
